Is AHCDC a charity or a business? AHCDC is a social enterprise — a business that trades commercially (consultancy, training, and standard-rate career counselling) and uses that revenue to offer significantly discounted rates on the same services to women affected by domestic violence, unemployed youth, and unemployed people aged 50+.

Are your social programs free? No — AHCDC's programs are not free. Eligible participants receive a significant discount off our standard rates. This keeps the programs financially sustainable so we can keep running them long-term, rather than relying entirely on donations.

Do I need to come into an office? No. AHCDC operates online only — all consultations, training, and coaching are delivered via video call, phone, or digital resources. There is no physical office to visit.

Who is eligible for the discount? Women escaping domestic violence, unemployed youth (typically 16–24), and unemployed women and men aged 50 and over. Contact us to confirm eligibility and current discount rates.

Is my information kept confidential if I join Pathways for Women? Yes. We follow strict privacy and confidentiality practices, and we never disclose a participant's circumstances to employers without their explicit consent. All sessions are conducted online for added privacy and safety.
