AHCDC began as the Australasian Human Capital Development Centre — a consultancy helping businesses and individuals unlock their potential through training, coaching, and strategic advice.
We're proud of that work. But we also saw a gap: the people who most need help building or rebuilding a career — women escaping domestic violence, young people struggling to enter the job market, and older workers facing age bias after job loss — are often the people least able to afford quality support.
So we changed our model. AHCDC now operates as a social enterprise: our commercial consulting and training services help fund heavily discounted career counselling, training, and job-search support for the people who need it most. We're not a charity, and we don't offer our services for free — but we make sure cost is never the reason someone misses out.
Same expertise. Same team. All delivered online. A mission at the centre of it.
