Vision: A society where no one's future is limited by their past or their circumstances — where every person, regardless of situation, age, or background, has an affordable pathway to safe, sustainable, dignified work.

Mission: We use the revenue and expertise of our professional consulting arm to make career counselling, skills training, and employment support significantly more affordable for women affected by domestic violence, unemployed youth, and unemployed women and men aged 50+ — building their confidence, capability, and independence, entirely online.

Our Values:
